1. Information we collect

2. Why we use it and our lawful bases

We do not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, except fraud or security controls necessary to decide whether a transaction or activity can safely proceed; you may ask Support for human review.

3. Who receives information

We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers supporting payment processing and merchant-of-record services (including Stripe), hosting and network infrastructure, game-server nodes, email delivery, customer support, security, backups and professional advice. Providers act under contractual or legal duties. We may disclose information to authorities, courts, rights holders or affected parties where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, users or infrastructure.

Payment-provider privacy terms also apply to information collected directly on their checkout pages. Stripe’s privacy information is available at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

4. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another lawful safeguard. You may contact us for information about the relevant safeguard.

5. Retention

We retain account, contract, invoice and transaction records normally for six years after the relevant transaction or relationship ends, reflecting tax, accounting and legal-claims requirements. Support records are normally retained for up to six years where relevant to service history or disputes. Routine technical logs are normally retained for up to 12 months, although security evidence may be kept longer where necessary. Server content and backups are deleted after service termination according to the operational deletion schedule, except where retention is required for security, legal claims or law. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, checkout state, language and interface preferences. These are necessary to provide the requested service. We will request consent before introducing non-essential advertising or analytics cookies where the law requires it.

7. Security

We use access controls, dedicated service identities, encryption where appropriate, audit logging, backups, monitoring and restricted administrative access. No system is completely secure; please use a unique password and report suspected compromise immediately.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights to access, correct or erase information; restrict or object to processing; receive portable information; withdraw consent; and complain. Some rights are limited where information must be retained for legal obligations or claims. Submit a request through Support. We may need to verify your identity.

You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, although we would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.

9. Children

Frags4u accounts and purchases are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly offer customer accounts to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or communicated to account holders where appropriate.
